How we manage your booking

Baires House is a 1906 mansion with just a few rooms. You can book them on this website, on Booking.com or on Airbnb, and all three show the same availability.

One calendar for every channel

When someone books a room through any of them, those dates are blocked automatically on the others. If a room shows as available, it is available, and your confirmation arrives right away.

Booking direct

The “Book online” button uses that same calendar, with no middleman between you and us. It takes you to a secure page on public.anfy.app, our official booking engine.

Which channel manager we use

We have run Baires House on Anfy since 2023. Anfy brings together the channel manager that syncs Booking.com and Airbnb, the booking engine on this website and the day-to-day running of the house.
